Ferrari Luce: What We Know About the First Electric Ferrari’s UAE Arrival

Maranello's first full EV packs four motors and a claimed 2.5-second 0-100 km/h time. Here is what UAE buyers should know about pricing and timing.

The Ferrari Luce, Maranello’s first fully electric car, is edging closer to customers, with European handovers targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026. For buyers in the Emirates, the big questions are simple: when, and how much?

Performance on paper

The Luce uses four electric motors and all-wheel drive, with a peak output of 772 kW (around 1,035 hp) available in Launch Control. Ferrari claims 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. A 122 kWh battery (gross capacity) supports a provisional WLTP range of about 530 km.

  • Architecture: 800 volts
  • DC charging: up to 350 kW peak; up to 150 kW on 400V chargers via voltage conversion
  • AC charging: up to 22 kW
  • Claimed top-up: about 70 kWh in roughly 20 minutes under ideal conditions

UAE pricing and timing

In Europe the Luce is reported to start at around €550,000 before VAT and options. No official UAE price has been published by Al Tayer Motors, Ferrari’s authorised retailer, but market estimates place it roughly between AED 1.95 million and AED 2.35 million before options, fees and the 5% VAT.

No date has been confirmed for the first UAE customer handovers. Prospective owners should treat any quoted date carefully, since it may refer to a regional reveal, showroom arrival or order opening rather than actual delivery.

The heat question

How the Luce’s battery and charging performance hold up in a Gulf summer is still unknown, and Ferrari is reportedly continuing to calibrate the car for regional conditions. The 800V architecture should help manage heat during hard driving and fast charging, but buyers would be wise to ask for the UAE technical sheet, usable battery capacity and full battery warranty terms in writing before committing.
